This skit depicts the struggle of a girl (Sidra) who has recently been diagnosed with celiac disease. She lives a very busy life and has never encountered such medical issue, which can impact her life in such as way where she thinks she is restricted to eat. She loves to engage in her diverse environment of Toronto; this includes eating food from various ethnicities often with her small group of friends. She is unsure how the events of her potluck will unfold given that she has very little interest to participate since her recent diagnoses. The main issue of concern is that Sidra has little knowledge about her illness and seeks different avenues in making informed decisions from now on regarding food consumption. Her intimate group of friends do their best to encourage her in accepting this aspect of her life, but she finds enlightenment in the place she least expects.
